Welcome to 4reAi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 4reAi website at 4reai.com and all related services, features, and content (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are not prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law.
4reAi is an AI-powered intelligence platform that aggregates publicly available information and uses artificial intelligence to generate investigative reports, background checks, and people search results. The Service is designed to provide users with organized, AI-analyzed summaries of public information for lawful purposes.
The Service is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act ("FCRA"), and the reports generated by the Service do not constitute "consumer reports" under the FCRA. You may not use the Service or any information obtained through it for any purpose covered by the FCRA, including but not limited to:

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, maintain the security of your password and account, promptly update your account information if it changes, and accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete, or if we believe your use of the Service violates these Terms.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. Pricing: The Service offers both one-time search purchases and recurring subscription plans. Current pricing is displayed on the Service and may be updated from time to time. All prices are listed in US Dollars.
Billing: Payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
Subscriptions: If you purchase a subscription, you will be billed on a recurring monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each billing cycle unless you cancel before the next renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service through the end of your paid period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
Refunds: One-time search purchases are non-refundable once a report has been generated. If the Service fails to generate a report or provides an error, you may request a full refund by contacting us at support@4reai.com.
No guarantee of accuracy: The information provided through the Service is aggregated from publicly available third-party sources. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or currentness of any data or AI-generated analysis.
AI-generated content: Reports generated by the Service include analysis produced by artificial intelligence. AI-generated insights are based on available data and should be treated as informational, not as verified facts. You should independently verify any critical information before making decisions based on it.
Not legal or professional advice: The Service does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. Information obtained through the Service should not be used as a substitute for professional consultation.
All content, design, graphics, interfaces, code, and trademarks associated with the Service are the property of 4reAi or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, nor may you reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 4reAi and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service, any conduct or content of any third party referenced in or through the Service, any information obtained from the Service, or unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 4reAi and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in New York, New York. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
Exception: Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
